Join CORI

CORI software is provided free of charge to practicing physicians, in exchange for the data collected in the course of using the software. CORI is a full featured endoscopic report generator, which has been designed to be fast and easy to use.

Because the information entered into the CORI software is used for publication quality research, it is critical that the data are complete and accurate. CORI software users are required to adhere to certain standards to guarantee a high level of data quality:

  • Physicians must enter in their own reports.
A good faith effort must be made to enter every procedure done in the practice.
  • Practices must provide periodic documentation of their procedures performed, based on billing records or logbooks.
  • Physicians must enter full and accurate information for each exam report.
  • Reports with missing or erroneous fields need to corrected within two weeks of notification from CORI.
  • The sites must use CORI's automatic data send method over a broadband internet connection to transmit endoscopic reports to the CORI repository.

CORI Enrollment Process

If you agree to the above requirements, please submit a CORI site application.
